2000 Corvette Specifications

The 2000 Corvette model was still part of the fifth generation Corvette. There were no major changes that were made on this model and it was still offered in three body styles, the coupe, convertible and the fixed roof hardtop.

1996 is the final production year for the C4 or the fourth generation Corvette. Since this is the C4′s last year, Corvette produced special edition models including the Grand Sport.

The Grand Sport has a 5.7 liter LT4 V8 engine and this engine is also given as an option for the coupe and convertible. The standard LT1 engine can produce 300 horsepower at 5,000 rpm with the SFI fuel induction feature. The LT4 engine can produce 330 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and it also has an SFI fuel induction feature.
